Your X doesn't look too bad, my 99 was hit at a much less speed in the rear last year & it rippled the rear fenders the exact same way. Luckily it did not bend the frame & no one was infront of me, but it looked bad & really ruined my feeling for it, causing me to sell it for a song after it was fixed--what a mistake! I miss that truck everyday, thus hencing me buying a 2000 model very simuliuar. (I had a 2005 a few months back after selling the 99, but it just seemed like an old woman's grocery-getter, not much of a truck any more. The 1st & 2nd Gens are the REAL trucks).
My neck still hurts from time to time after 20 months, but such is life. I am supppose to do neck exercises every morning now according to my doctor. Make sure you get x-rayed & compensated by the old guy's insurance co.
