Rear Fog light problem

There is no power at the last connection before the lamp support.

To my mind, the wires are cut, that's why i want make a new wiring, what do you think ??

I think you are on the right track. You may be able to trace the wiring back and take reading a different places until you find the problem. A sharp probe can be used to probe the wiring through the insulation.
