Rear Gate problems

I am tired of the high prices of Ford and want to do this project by myself but need some assistance. My rear gate is stuck and won't open. I have taken the back panel off and have narrowed it down to the motor. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't. I can manually open it with the panel off. I don't know what part to order. Can anyone help me out? I've been searching for a long time and I don't want to order the wrong part. I'm pretty sure it's the motor.

The tailgate or the rear window? What motor are you referring to? What back panel?
