My rear window on the tailgate rattles badly, does anybody know how to stop this. I have tried putting weather stripping around it but that did nothing.

The windsheild wiper cause alot of noise against the back window. Also take apart the back panel on the rear door. Stuff tons of shirts or old towels that will help out alot. Dynamat works wonders if you want to spend money. In your case i would get a whole bunch of the cheap original dynamat and just layer the heck out of that back lift door. Dont worry about getting the expensive Extreme dynamat for your application. What would give you a little more bass and stop the rattle all together would be to build a bottom firing box. Have the woofers face the ground and have the box on stilts. You still get a 3db boost. The same as you get from firing the subs backwards. This though will get rid of the rattle.

Well I do have the rear windshield wiper taped down as well as the door handle. I have put 3 layers of peel and seel on the back hatch and my subs do fire towards the floor. Its mainly just the window.

well we know it is because the back window is only held down in the middle where it latches in. This makes the corners of the window bow out. If you have the money. A 1/2 piece of lexan can be cusom made to bolt on the inside. You will have to modify the back panel so that the lexan has a place to bolt in. Gets expensive though because the lexan needs to be precision bent and curved. Not too many places will do it. I was quoted 375 for the job. Decided not to right now because of an interior swap. Only problem is you will loose all access to inside through your back window. Not a big deal just open the tail gate.

I've never even heard of that, I'll check that out.

I bought some weatherstripping and applied it all around the edges of the glass where the glass makes contact with the stock seal. Now instead of glass on rubber it is rubber on rubber and you actually have to push on the window to get it to latch shut (rather than just letting it drop). No more rattling. The seal is much tighter.
