rear hatch glass- have to slam to close?

When closing the rear glass hatch I always seem to have to slam it to get it to latch?

Is there a adjustment to get it to close nicely with just a quick push of the glass or?

Anyone else have this issue?

That is an awfully expensive piece of glass, I wouldn't bang it any more than I had to...
