Rear Hatch Glass

Im trying to figure out what holds the glass to the rear hatch door... it looks like a screw, but im not sure.. Its the black piece that goes from the glass and into the rear hatch door... What ever holds it to the door broke and i'm tired of hearing it rattle.. Is it just a simple screw? From the piece I foudn of it it looks like a special part....

you can buy it from ford, those tiny pieces cost a bit though
