my explorer has 2 15's with around 700 watts to each, and belive me I have ALOT of rattle, I took care of the gate by taking the panel off and putting insulation between the plastic and the metal, also the liftgate handle I put a black rubber band between the handle and the base... the little groove you'll see it..

ask BarberJ if you have any more questions...

easy fix....use one of them ties you get with some garbage bags or the ties that are wraped around power cords when your buy stuff..

i did that last year and i never had a rattle yet

Yea I did the rubber band technique and it worked perfectly...now the only thing rattling is the windshield wiper....have no idea how to fix that one because if i put a band at the base it wouldn't work properly

try buying a stronger spring, it just snaps over the arm and provides extra pressure

turn down the music...

try stopping rattles with 4 12's. It really sucks. lol
