rear lifting

im about to lift my explorer in the front and back, i have f150 spacers for the front, but im wondering for the back should i add a leaf, or put in a block? or does it even matter?

Can't put in a block. Explorers are spring under axle. I'd suggest a set of extended shackles like the Warrior WAR-153's. Add a leaf's will harshen up the ride where the extended shackles won't.
