Only the rear-passenger-side power window is not working on my wife's 02 XLT either using the drivers switch or the switch on that door. It actually worked intermittently for a couple of months before it stopped working altogether back in late fall. By searching the forum, it looks like this is not due to a blown fuse, and in a couple of threads it appears that a ground wire in the door get's broken. Do you guys think this is where I should start (with trying to get to the broken wire that is)? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Believe it or not there is a TSB that says to tap on the door panel with a rubber mallet where the window motor is located to get it unstuck. Then I would run it up and down every few days to keep it from sticking again. Apparently it is pretty common with the rear windows.
