F150 Leaf Springs! It will give you the lift and increased stiffness to carry the weight you have. I got mine from Pull-A-Part for $40 a set and it's the best mode I have done, I love it.

First pic is with helper leaf and shackles second pic is with F150 leafs and schackles.

What's the ground to wheelwell lip height with the F150 springs? I'm thinking about doing this to fix my sagging springs, but don't want it to be too high. Thanks!

EDIT: ended up going with a ProComp AAL, which did a great job leveling out my factory springs.
