What is the most cost effective way to handle rear spring sag on a Sport??

I looked into new springs but they were $200 a piece.

Have not looked into junk yard leafs for cost but would go with the upgraded 4 door springs if I did, the bolt up looks pretty simple.

I am not sure what it would cost to have them re-bent but would consider it.

The most popular method on here seems to be the Warrior Shackle deal, but that sometimes involves adjusting the Torsion Keys so the front wheels balance out. And it seems like a temporary fix.

Any suggestions on how I can get out of this for a decent price are greatly appreciated.

Shackles won't fix your problem. Buying parts from a junker are a temporary solution.

Best bet is to have your existing springs re-arched, then swap left and right.

Or buy a new one.

When I owned my Sport, I scored some old leaf springs from a '96 Explorer (4 door) with more miles on them than my Sport had. They did a GREAT job of getting rid of the sag.

Thanks Cell.

Thanks for the suggestions gents.

Do the 4 door springs mount up easily??
