wheres the best place to get the rear timing tensioner from, I fitted a oom12 kit to my exploder not long after I bought it and replaced the front tensioner but id like to replace the rear tensioner as well to be on the safe side. cheers for any info

I wouldn't mess around shipping one in I would just go to the dealership. If you search my posts for finis number, I think at some point I listed the uk part numbers of some of the timing stuff.

Having said that if you find the part number then search the ebay shop nationalclearancecentre as they do original parts but the descriptions are rubbish eg they had oom12 kits listed as manifold assy for £28

And if your in no rush you could ship one in from tascaparts.com, OE Part No.: XU3Z6K254BA / 7U3Z-6K254-A (7U3Z6K254A)

I'm in the US right now and am shocked to see that rear tensioner alone is $43 by itself (from Tasca) - I was expecting it to be much less than that. I'll buy one as part of my preventative maintenance regime, but still...damn Ford :P
