Anyone replace the rear timing chain tensioner on the 4.0L SOHC engine. I was told by Ford there is a revised tensioner and was wondering how difficult it is to replace. I have a very slight rattling noise coming from the rear passenger cylinder head and thought replacing the tensioner would solve the problem.
