Rear Vibration

I have a '03 Ranger and just started noticing a wheel hop or a sensation that feels like going over rumple strips. I only notice it from a dead stop and turning right or left.
Any Ideas, Thanks

Where Do You get the friction modifier? and how much? What is this stuff ? Does it coat the bands? How long will it last?
