Rear window hatch won't lock.

My rear window hatch will not lock at all. It will shut and when locked manually from the drivers door or from the key fob you can just go back and press the button and VOILA the window pops open but the main hatch still locks. Any help with how I can fix this so the guys at work stop filling the back of my truck with garbage would be greatly appreciated.

Change the door lock actuator, search in the forum and you'll find how to do it

Then toss a couple of Rottweilers back there with a videocamera pointed at the rear window, and watch the hilarity ensue...
