Took into the shop, mechanic replaced the switch, nothing. Truck is still there for him to figure out. I read about '"initialization process." Will this work, does anyone have info about this.I did print out the instructions on this. Or another fix for it? Thanks
Well, mechanic couldn't figure it out and now it won't vent either. Makes a quick noise when you initialize it now, like it wants to open, but nothing. Now they said it has to be the motor.

Read the initialization process instructions, at least twice, and follow them EXACTLY.
If you or the repair shop hasn't performed the initialization sequence then you are wasting your time and money and the shop is taking it without a clue.

It took me a few times to get the procedure right. But if I remember right there are confirmation signs that it was successful. Keep at it till you get the confirmation, I think it was the window lowers an inch or 2 then closes or something like that
