Rear window

So i rolled down the rear window on my 2003 sport trac, and it rolled down pretty slowly, then would only go halfway up and was going up and stopping part way up before going down. I know that this may not exactly fit the crisis situation, however driving in 10 degree weather with a big [MENTION=127576]ss[/MENTION] window open is a not cool. can anyone shed some light on this please?

Have a helper hit or hold the knob for the window to go up and you help it manually pulling it up maybe a quick temp fix. Hold the top edge as it goes up and before your hands get smashed hold it like your praying.
