hey guys, im new to the site and just bought a 2003 ford explorer v8 eddie bauer, and everything is mint......however, my rear windows wont roll down, not via the drivers door or the passenger door switches., however the front two roll down just fine as well as the sunroof and have had no other problems minus an abs light issue..... any suggestions on troubleshooting? any input would be greatly appreciated... thanks guys

Before you crazy looking for any switch or wiring problems make sure your window motors work...either jump them directly or when pushing window switch down bang on door panel.

Read a lot of wiring breaks at drivers door hinge area. I would look there and at the drivers door switch.

Maybe they are simply disconnected. An overly concerned parent possible had that done to prevent the kids from lowering the window even though there is a lockout switch for the driver. May want to pull a door panel.

thanks so much guys! im going to try everyones suggestions and hopefully ill come up with an answer or a solution :-) ....last result is to get raped by the local dealer :-/
