Recall 00M12 Timing chain tensioner

I just heard about this, and not from Ford.
It may just be a TSB, not a recall.
Is my 2000 4.0 covered?
What are your experiences?

only if its under 72,000 miles and if the guys in the shop think ur explorer needs it. they said i didn't plus i was just over the mile limit.
