Ok now I thinking to recharge Air Conditioning I think it is not blowing as cold as it should. So do someone know what is the right pressure for the system??

thanks..

Are you asking for the refrifgerant charge level or operating pressures.

I saw this on the web. And was wondering if it was the same for the explorer.

Start the engine and turn on the air conditioning. Open the blue valve on the gauge set to add refrigerant to the system. The system is full when the blue gauge reads 35 to 40 PSI and the red gauge reads 300 to 400 PSI.

That'll do. Be sure to hook up your gages to the correct locations, and whatever you do, DO NOT be tempted to overcharge it "for extra measure".

I check all my cars AC charge 2x/year and recharge as a preventive maintenance item. Many perfectly good systems will have very minor leaks that result in cumulative loss of charge over time (think schrader valve leaks). An AC system running around undercharged is a repair waiting to happen. If there are minor leaks overcharging will make them easy to find, not in a good way.
