After getting my alignment done and driving it a few miles. I want to check the torque on my lower ball joint. Just wondering if I should raise the truck using lower control arm or having it on jack stands on the frame? It's kind of a weird setup with torsion bar and I just don't know what direction unloads the front suspension. Much appreciated thank you.

For checking torque I would put the jack stands under the control arms, you do not need the suspension hanging you actually want it at ride height. Check the studs/ castle nut on the lower ball joint
Check the torque on the upper control arm bushings and the upper ball joint pinch bolt
