relay question

I am going to be adding 2 cooling fans to my false floor box and I know to do this i need a relay. I know how to wire the relay and fans up alright but my question is this. I have one amp hooked up to my remote turn on lead that is switched. This is for my sub so i can turn the sub amp on and off when I want. How can I wire the relay to the remote turn on lead then on to the fans and still be able to keep my amp switched? Just hook the switch into the remote lead from the relay to the amp?

On the relay:
Hook "85" and "86" inline with that switched remote lead (signal).
"30" is the power source.
"87" is power to the fans.
Then ground the fans.
