Removal of factory sub 07+ ST??

What is involved if anyone has done it yet? I've peeked behind the grill panel, and there's at least one bolt holding it to the floor. Is that the only one, or will I need to remove the rear trim to get to more bolts. I want to remove the ENTIRE enclosure to make space for my Epicenter and EQX.

There is more than one bolt, i have a sub/amp that I'm trying to mount, too cold here now to try. Two up top if i remember but I have yet to pull the panel to mount it.

Thanks for that. I guess I need to pull that entire rear panel No big deal as I'll have the seats out anyway, but I HATE pulling panels.
