BFH!!!! Big Friggen Hammer. Just hit it....it will come off.

So just remove the caliper and hit the rotor with a big hammer, there are no other bolts to remove?

Nope

Check that ... there may be a "flared" washer around the wheel stud that temporarialy holds the rotor in place when you remove the caliper. It's VERY THIN and has a hole in the middle just slightly smaller than the stud and then is flared by 3-5 concentric slits. These flared slits will bind on the stud threading, not allowing the rotor to come off. Take a set of needle nose pliars and bend the flares back and pull off the washer. Now, pull out the BFH and DON'T hit the rotor ... hit a piece of 2x4 that is now pressed against the rotor. BFH have been known to crack rotors. If the rotor isn't going to be salvaged by having it turned, beet the living crap out of it ... it relieves stress well :D

yours should not have the flared washer... just take the caliper off and it will "slide right off"... yea right. i recommend rotating the caliper while beating on it. bang, bang, bang, 1/4 turn. repeat. i had to beat the living crap out of mine to get them off, but they will come off.

Oh yeah, when you replace them ... hopefully you haven't yet ... coat the back of the rotors with some bearing grease where it meets the hub. That will prevent this from happening again ;)
