Remove Bumper Valance Panel

Hi,

I want to cut some parts of the front Bumper Valance Panel (part no. 17626). It's the lowest part of the bumper. I would like to remove it for working. Anyone know how it's mounted?

There are members that have trimmed it and a few that have removed it completely. Have you checked to see how it is fastened? Appears to be with screws.
