Remove entire '98 Explorer center console

Hi,
Just joined the site...quite a lot to review. I am now a postal rural carrier and need to drive from the passenger seat ! ...yes, GET OUT....it is legal ! ...and I need to remove the entire console of my '98 Explorer XLT in order to do that. Can anyone direct me to the steps to do that ? Thanks.

This post was a lifesaver, as all usually are! I started driving my postal rural carrier route this morning and last night was having difficulty removing the console. 5 minutes on the ex forum and 5 more with a wrench and all was good! Thanks guys!!
