remove front tow hooks on '01 sport?

hey all,

i have an '01 sport that i picked up used... it has these two tow hooks in the front, and i want to get rid of them so i can put a grille over that opening. it looks like its just held in by one bolt... is that the case? will i need air tools to remove the hooks?

Should only be a couple of bolts holding them on. Whether you need air tools or not depends on how strong you are. You should be able to break them free with hand tools.
