Ok, the book shows a fork type tool to remove this quick disconnect on the clutch line at the tranny. Problem is I can't find one and everybody says it is the same type that is used for the ac lines, but it's not. How do you get this thing off? Thanks.

Should be able to get the tool at Autozone, Pep Boys, Napa etc

Nope. But I did a search (duh) and found out how it works, made my own tool from an air wrench tool, and put about a 20 degree bend in the end. It depressed the ring and popped the connector off at the same time. Once again this forum is better than a manual any day!
