- 2003 Ranger Base
When I got my ranger (2003 Base model) last may I thought I would save some money by getting manual locks, windows and mirrors. I am now I would like to put in the power options.
This is not a thread about weather or not I should put them in because its gonna be way too expensive, I can get the whole door for $50. My question is how do I remove the entire door off the truck so I can work on them inside, and so I can get them off the sacrificed truck.
I am pretty mechanically inclined, and if I get stuck I can have a friend help me that restored a 68 Firebird. He is also an electrical engineer, so that takes care of the electrical system questions.
Another thing that would be if anyone has the schematics of the power systems for it would be helpful too.
