Removing front door window glass?

I need to swap contents from one door to another, but I'm not sure how to get the glass out of the door?

I see 4 bolts for the tracks, and then three rivets for the regulator/motor? I understand i have to drill the rivets, but how does the glass actually come out? This worries me because my windows are tinted,and it was a really nice job, and i really don't want to damage it on the way out and back in...can anybody tell me how it has to be done?

On my 86 when I pulled the glass out if I remmeber right I undid all the bolts/ rivets then I took off all the weathertrim/ molding stuff so I could get the window to move around in the door more. It was 5 years ago So I couldbe off a biut on my details.
