Removing needles for gauges?

When the car is off, you should be able to move the needles to point the same way without messing them up. That is the easy part. If you remove them, you need to be careful where they were.

Thanks for the replies you guys,
I have to take the dash off anyway because it is squeaking anyway..
This will definatly be a wait for warmer weather project.
