Removing Passenger Side Air Bag

I want to remove the passenger side air bag in my 2001 EB so that i can re-dye the cover. other than disconnecting the battery first, and i assume dropping the glove box, can anyone tell me if this is an easy job or not?

i don't want to try to spray it in the truck (too much masking).

I have removed mine from my 96 a couple times very easy, probably five minutes.

drop your glove box down, then look up into it

you will see those two screws. undo them, and the connector, and it should come right out.
