Removing Speaker grills

I just bought (2) pairs of 6 x 8 speaker for my 04 Explorer... how do you remove the speaker grills to get acces to the speaker itself ?

Theres 2 screws on the bottom of each door. Remove these and *carefully* remove the piece holding the power window switches to the door. Under there, remove the other screw. Then you just have to pop the retaining clips to the door and lift out... pop em careful also... Have always heard that you need a special tool to do this..but have never had one myself for any of my vehicles heh.

is there any way to remove the front door speaker grill without removing entire door panel?
