I was wondering how the panels pictured below are attached to the body:

If there are holes underneath I will leave it, but if not I would like to remove this stuff. Help on this would be great. This topic probably has been brought up before, but I don't know what these things are called so the search didn't help much. Flame me five times each if you feel it necessary :D :D :D

shame on you. you just emailed me about the decal you hope to put there, you should have just asked me. this has been posted about before. but i'll summarize it for you. heat it with a hair dryer, use a fishing line to start it up then slowly peel it back by hand, finally use mineral spirits to clean the sticky residue. then wax the area as soon as your done. also don't worry there is nothing underneath, and if the paint doesn't quite match that decal will cover it. that is why i have those on my truck to cover up bad paint. good luck. oh yeah i would call them rocker panel moldings if you want to search

LOL I have no clue why I didn't ask you. Sorry!
