IMO dont remove all the converters. Your truck will run like crap and you wont really gain any performance. And plus youll be a gross polluter, which isnt really cool. Ive seen it dyno verified on 3 vehicles of my own that running without a converter does not provide any noticable horsepower increase.

Why do you want to remove them? If it's for performance, you'll be lucky to see any gains unless you completely overhaul the exhaust system and intake. The cats aren't the bottleneck on a stock system. The exhaust manifolds are.

As well as not being good for the environment, it's a federal law that it's illegal to remove them. If you really feel that your performance is being hindered by them, put in a set of high flow aftermarket cat's instead.

Yes yes, lets stop removing out catalytic converters :D

Why does that remind me of Jeff Goldblum talking to Will Smith in the ****pit of the alien ship in Independence Day when they accidentally back up....."Yes, yes...forward would be good...."

Ahah yeah great scene  -- and most of what Jeff Goldblum says in movies is etched in people's head, like in Jurassic Park.

well i wasn't real sure about performance wise but i know that ohio isnt real strict with emisions and i not sure but i dont think it is illegal in ohio

It's a FEDERAL law, not a state law. Federal law supersedes state law.
