Replacement radiator fittings wrong size! Adapters?

I got a good quality used radiator for my '00 V8 XLT (guy said it was a Modine from a '96 V8) that looks exactly like my old one except for the transmission line fittings. They are too big. There is probably a 1/10" difference in internal diameter and I cannot simply swap the fittings from my old radiator because the setup is also different.

Are there any adapters that I can buy to fit the tran lines into these larger fittings? If not, what are my choices besides exchanging the rad?
