replacing auto dim mirror w/microphone

I just found out that my local ford dealer will let me buy the part from some place else and do the installation for me...my question now is that the current mirror is 7-pin. Is the complete wiring harness replacable to a 10-pin harness?

you asked this a few weeks ago ans also said it was the last time "promising" it was.. no one ansered then, no one will now. do your own research. enroll in all data so you can hae access to the all the info for these vehicles.

Doing what you are is a custom thing. no-one else will waste their money and all this trouble to get a factory system in a vehile that didnt offer it. its easier to just to do aftermarket like most told you 6 months ago!

i hope you enjoy paying dealer labor rates to run a wire harness.

i already got the rate how much it would, which is 160$ dollar for installation, i wasnt asking about that, but all i wanted to know is information about the harness, thats all i am asking?
