Thanks, is there any special way I have to bleed the brakes because I have ABS?

I've never had a problem bleeding mine the old way, but I guess there is a possibility of air getting into the ABS system and if that happens you need a special Ford tool to get the air out. I would just switch calipers as quickly as possible to prevent air from working it's way up the lines. Make sure you use new copper sealing washers on the new caliper. Otherwise you could end up with a leak.

thank you, can I get those copper sealing washers at any auto parts store?

I think you should be able to get them without a problem if they don't come with the new caliper. But given the quality of todays autoparts stores ya never know;) NAPA would definately have them.
