Replacing Door Hindge Pins and Bushings?

Here's the New Pins and bushings....

Here's what I'm replacing. I don't see any C clamp clips. Do I drill out or pry up on what looks like the bushing?

Also there are ridges on the new pins. Do they get driven in to the bushing?

I'm going by memory, but what I did on my 94 was open the door and support it with a jack, pulled the hinge bolts on the door side, swung the hinge over and cut the old pin thru the middle to pull out both ends, replaced the bushings and dropped the new pin in and clipped it on the bottom.
Main thing was keeping the door steady so everything aligned back up.
