what is involved in this? anyone have some pictures or write-up type info?

i might be really really screwed due to the modifications i made to the door for the suicide door.

Ford made changing the glass a major pain in the ass.

Ya gotta drill out the rivets. To make that easier you need to drive out the center rivit manderal. It takes cordination to hold the frame where the rivit is and also hold a cneter punch to drive out the manderal but that is the ticket.
Once you get that out a 1/4 inch drill bit works great to cut the rivit.

Once the rivit is gone pop it off the track tilt it 45 degreese to the front and lift the glass out to the out side of the door.

ok, that sounds possible anyways.

so long as i can still reach that rivet.

if i get a picture of the door can you give me some further directions? or something like that?

can do

Also. the window ( as far as up and down are concerned ) must be in just the right spot. There is a round hole to access the rivit to the front of the door and a nice large opening for the rivit to the rear of the door.
