Question about replacing drivers seat belt and what years will fit.

Need to replace my drivers side tan/brown seat belt on my 1999 eddie bauer. It has become frayed by getting stuck under the seat recline lever.

Been searching ebay for a cheap replacement and want to know if the seat belt from any year in 95-01 range is interchangeable or if I must purchase a specific 1999 part. Also, is there a place to purchase new one cheap?

95-97 will require the seatbelt latch also, 98 onwards you just need the seatbelt.
