Replacing Factory sub?

I have 98 explorer sport with the mach system sub and it is blown I have the panel off and the screws out but the subwoofer just will not come out! Do you have to take the whole enclosure out just to replace the sub? How do you get just the sub out? Thanks

There is a bolt holding the sub through the center of the magnet. The entire enclosure needs to be removed.
