Replacing Freeze Plugs

How bad is it to replace the right side freeze plugs on the 4.0L OHV in the vehicle? It looks like if I suspend the engine and remove the motor mounts, they're accessible. Some moron used rubber freeze plugs on this motor, but only on the right side. And they're leaking like crazy!!
 






I think I found a better way. If I pull the motor mount, I can access all 3 from the passenger wheelwell.
