Hey guys, a couple years ago I replaced the head unit in my ford escort station wagon (yeah, I know). I bought the dynex ford wiring harness and it worked perfectly. I figured that wiring harness would work for my Explorer. So, I went to replace the head unit today, but found 2 connectors that I have never seen before. I've been looking around online, but I don't really know what I need in order to do this. If someone could point me towards the correct harness/connectors I need I would really appreciate it.

Try a Metra 70-5700

The 16 pin T-100 connector is for power, speakers, illumination. The 20 pin T-100 is for rear integrated and steering wheel controls and cd changer. If you don't have any of the rear controls or changer, there is just a gray and black vss wire on the 20 pin. That is for speed sensitive volume control and is not normally used on aftermarket head units.
