Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the stock 95-01 section. It's a simple procedure. All you have to do is reomove the thermostat housing bolts, pull off the housing, then replace the thermostat, and put the housing back on.
If you have the 4.0 motor, I've found that it helps to remove the serpentine belt first. That way the tensioner pulley springs out of the way of the 10mm bolt (one of 3) that is the hardest to get to. Make sure you get a good direct straight shot on the bolstswhen loosening them. The last thing you want to do is bust one of them off.
