req materials for rear rotor change

Other than a torq wrench what other tools will I need (im going to go get a haynes manual for pics) to replace the rear disc brake rotors. I know I need an adjustment tool for the e-brake where can I get those? Also a C clamp for the caliper *but what size?* I plan on going to harbor freight. I'll be replacing the pads so what would I need for that? Some anti-seize I believe. Anyways thanks for the help.
