Hi All,
I have an 06 4.6V8 and I'm about to drain my tired-out coolant. The last time I did this (just over 5 years ago), I replaced the OEM leaking radiator, hoses, thermostat, and cap. Like a dummy, I put on worm clamps and have read it's a matter of time before the radiator neck cracks. Since I need to flush the system, what better time than now? Thing is, I have no clue what size spring/constant pressure clamps to buy? The outside diameter of the hose looks to be about 1 7/8".
1) Does anyone know what range I should be looking at that will provide the same OEM pressure on the hoses?

And last time I did this, I broke two throttle body bolts. Since I have to remove that to swap/remove the thermostat, I'd like to replace those as well. Everything seems like conflicting info though. My service manual says it's part N806154. I search that and am told it doesn't fit. On the "parts that fit your vehicle", I get W500301-S437. But the description shows 35mm. When I measured, they were 40mm from just below the bolt head to the end of the bolt but about 36mm from the top of the bolt head to the final thread.
2) Am I supposed to only measure to the final thread and not all the way down to the end of the screw where it smooths out?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should check your parts acc. to your vehicle VIN number ,nor the make and the engine only.

Regarding the bolt lenght issue
You can check the exact hole lenght for using regular grade 8 millimetric M6 bolt.
