reservoir shocks...

I have looked at fox and blistein 7100's

anyone have any experience with any reservoir shocks?

I am looking for somethign that wont break the bank.

also where is the cheapest place to buy them?

haha, no not realy but i have to get new shocks and if i get the rancho 9000's i figure i might as well take the leap and get some rebuildable reservoirs
 






4 reservoirs = $700+

4 Rancho 9000x = -$300

Not worth it IMO unless you are going "crazy suspension"

Those new Edelbrock res. shocks are pretty pricey themselves. I saw them going for around $175 each.
 






I run Bilstein 7100's in the front of my truck and Bilstein OEM's in the rear. If you are into the faster stuff then they are worth the money, if you are mostly on the street or into crawling then they probably aren't worth the money to you. If you do decide on them, you will need a lower mount fabbed for them to work. BTW, you can buy them with or without a reservoir. The Schrader valved one(non-reservoir) are abouit $40.00 less.
