I have now had my MT/R's for a little over seven months and have put on over 10,000 miles on them and I am impressed on how well they have held up. \When purchasing I was still new at this and went with what the store suggested which were the 30x9.5 R 15 T which is a bit narrow but otherwise OK. My first test was to climb frustration hill in Big Bear which is a loose rock steep grad which the tire did well on. Since then even though for the most part I have a "Stocker" I have none the less put both the truck and tires through their paces.
Most of what I drive on is rock and I have yet to take a chunk out of the sidewalls even when deflating the tire down to 10 psi they still have not been damaged. As for traction on the rocks they are great though due to the ones I purchased are a bit narrow for soft stuff though I have yet to sink in the sand.
On road they are incredibly quiet and offer a decent ride fot an off road tire and have held up well after 10K of use. They are expensive but if you are looking for an all round "bullet Proof" tire then these are the ones to go with. I know for certain my next tire purchase will be another set of MT/R's
