Revving at startup

I have an 07 v6 explorer, and when I start the car up it revs really high. Today it reved so high that it stalled out. It doesnt do it every time, but I cant figure out whats going on here.

Try cleaning your throttle body, sounds like something is getting stuck when the engine is cold and the choke kicks in.
